Typically the pigs are raised out to 250 lbs in around 10 months time with their main diet being pasture, forage (nuts and apples in the fall and winter). They are fed high quality alfalfa hay in the winter and year round a custom hog mix that was formulated specifically for balancing out the property here. If you have any questions please reach out and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  All meat is custom butchered to your request and most organs can be gotten back. Once you place your order you will be sent a cut sheet to fill out or we can help you do so.

 

Advanced notice is required to ensure we can accommodate.

Whole hog is $4.76 a pound live weight plus butchering fees.

Weights are done by livestock scale prior to leaving for the butcher.

All deposits are non-refundable.
